Blue Ash area home elevator supplier has an immediate need for an experienced Service Coordinator.
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the company, assisting customers with service and installation calls and providing a reassuring voice and excellent customer service.
The Service Coordinator position is perfect for you if
You are comfortable acting as liaison between the customer and the service technicians
You are a calm and reassuring voice during stressful calls
You can successfully manage the installation schedules of 6 service technicians
You have excellent multi-tasking skills and take ownership of situations
This is a fulltime, contract to hire position offering great 1st shift hours and a family-like work environment.
ANTICIPATED HOURS M-F 730a-430p
Inbound/Outbound calls scheduling service/installation
Manage the schedules of 6 field technicians
Warehouse material inventory
Previous experience in a high-volume scheduler/customer solutions role required
Previous experience working with personal elevators or stairlifts helpful
Excellent communications skills
Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, data entry, database management
Must have the ability to calm and reassure unhappy customers
HOURLY RATE $16
