We are a major installer & PM service of patient lift systems though out the VA Medical Centers. We also work with VA Prosthetic Departments to help Veterans and elder “AGE IN PLACE”. We install ceiling lifts; stairlifts; automatic door openers along with other mobility products
Team member will be working with the company President and staff to help delivers cutting edge, creative marketing projects in conjunction with performing crucial administrative functions for a team of highly successful business professionals. Utilizes Adobe Creative Suite/Microsoft 365 such as in preparing proposals, presentations and communication materials that will represent VanDahl to existing and potential clientele.
Ideal candidate will need to be tech savvy with some proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Upholds VanDahl World Class Service within all sales administration deliverable s that includes a wide level of complexity (i.e. project tracking, marketing initiatives, calendaring, distributing correspondence, reporting, meeting arrangements and minutes, schedule updates, using Jobnimbus to track customers & Sales ).
Interfaces as the marketing/financial liaison with stakeholders, clients, sales professionals, centralized marketing, analysis and research groups, etc. May coordinate with other department members the creation of press releases, client sponsored or sales/client facing professional events and social media feeds.
Creates and maintains VanDahl brand in all company-sanctioned marketing materials that may include offering memorandums, demographic reports, Campaign Logic eblast, Homecare flyers, advertisements, brochures, postcards, placemats, proposals, tour books, floor plans and qualification packages.
Maintains internal and external databases such as Opportunities, Tsheets, Jobnimbus, , etc. Coordinates and compiles market and property research to include social media; Facebook and Instagram accounts
Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule appointments, keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred. Strong marketing knowledge needed.
