There’s a small recess next to the 7 seg display. Push the tip of the joystick into the recess to reset the lift and see if it drives down. I used to remember most of the codes but it’s been such a long time since I’ve had to work on one that I’ve forgotten them and my manual is in the workshop so I’ll have a look in the morning.
Simple things to check are that the OSG hasn’t tripped, look under the chassis and check that the black plastic cassette around the load roller is free to move from side to side and that the brake hasn’t engaged onto the back of the track.
Most likely thing will be an opto sensor has a broken ribbon cable, easiest test is to substitute a known good opto onto each input in turn. Start with the receiver board in the seat frame and check also that the black plastic bar is dropping back down after being lifted by the swivel release.
