Minivator 950 stop working.

We believe it is the chair safety switch since the seat won’t lock any more. We use to be able to be still and hold the chair lock lever and it would move. Now it won’t. We hear the click and the 1 second delay but it won’t move. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thank you

What does the diagnostic display say when you try to operate the lift?

Get a qualified Stairlift engineer to look at this as it is a safety issue that the seat is not locking. Someone could get seriously injured or worse.
