Hi, am new here as no doubt many started here looking for help.
I know it’s a long shot but does anyone know how to program the Hinge section on the T565 Pcb?
Have figured the rest of the track re programming or does anyone have a Manual?
Any help would be much appreciated, oh and yes I am a stairlift engineer, one of many who is getting frustrated with the politics of certain manufacturers. -

Hi chris,
It’s the T565 board (green based that is non reprogramable, as opposed to the blue one with the switches on), as the PCB was changed under a year ago I suspect it’s the black spot on the leveling chips. Not sure which board was in originally but would have been orange, green or white spot one.
Hope this makes sense as I don’t have access to the lift at the moment. Would the black spot be version 4? I know from personal experience that programming the previous coloured chips cause various problems, mainly a judery ride and that setting a different speed doesn’t improve the problem. -
