Acorn 130 extend out the footrest / turn 180 degrees

Facebook message: So I have an acorn model 130 and I have 2 questions…. How do I extend out the footrest farther when traveling? How can I allow for the chair to completely turn more than what the factory allows because at the bottom of the steps I need it to turn 180 degrees? (WB)
